ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.1148 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that due to enmity and dispute over land, the petitioners along with other accused damaged the compound wall and trespassed into the shop of the defacto complainant and caused damages to his shop and scolded him by using filthy language and also assaulted him with deadly weapons. Thereby the defacto complainant had sustained severe injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.No.15173 of 2021 dated 13.09.2021 and there is no change of circumstances. He further submits that suppressing the earlier dismissal of the anticipatory bail petition, the present petition is filed. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. In view of the fact that there being no change of circumstances pointed out, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
