[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the first respondent to trace out and produce the detenue by name Devi Durga alias Aarthi aged 22 years who is the wife of the petitioner.

The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

Considering the above said circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous. 5.
