ORDER

The petitioner, placing reliance on the settlement deed executed in her favour on 08.08.2007, made representation dated 26.10.2007 seeking cancellation of patta given earlier in favour of the private respondents, which was said to have been made in the year 2004 itself. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the 1st respondent within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
