..Respondents in all applications O.A.No.716 of 2019:- Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondents or their representatives, men, agents, servants, or anyone else claiming through or under them from in any manner alienating the Schedule mentioned properties or removing such properties from the premises till Arbitration proceedings between the Parties attain finality. O.A.No.717 of 2019:- Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondents or their representatives, men, agents, servants, or anyone else claiming through or under them from interfering with the peaceful operations of the Schedulementioned Diagnostics Centre. A.5226 of 2019:-

/ 3 / Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an interim order directing the Respondents to provide unfettered access to e-mail id of the Firm CCTV access password, Management software password (Cliptos), Bank Account till the initiation of the Arbitration proceedings.

These original applications and application are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: These application have been filed for interim injunction against the respondents and their men from in any manner alienating the schedule mentioned properties or removing such properties from the premises till the arbitration proceedings between the parties attain finality and to direct the respondents to provide unfettered access to email id of the Firm CCTV access password, management software password [cliptos], Bank account till the initiation of the arbitration proceedings.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the parties have already settled the dispute by entering into a compromise in the petition filed under section 11 of the Arbitration
