Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide suitable police protection to the petitioner at his own cost for the peaceful functioning of his petrol bunk and to safeguard the petitioner from further endangerments.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide suitable police protection to the petitioner to run his petrol bunk.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. The fourth respondent is none other than the father of the petitioner herein. Now no petrol bunk is running and therefore no police protection can be given. 3.

Considering the above submissions, the representation

submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection to run the petrol bunk doesn't arise and the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
