Radhika v. The District Collector

Crl.M.P.No.13133 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.26865 of 2017 M.NIRMAL KUMAR.,J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for the reason that in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26865 of 2017 on 21.01.2021, the mobile number of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 9363392099 while the correct number of the petitioner, namely, Radhika is 9362292099. Hence, due to this mistake and wrong mentioning of the petitioner's mobile number, the investigation has come to a standstill and hence, this petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the said Radhika had approached the respondent Police and already informed that her mobile number is 9362292099 and taking the same into consideration, the investigation is in progress and appropriate steps have been taken to collect 1/3

the call details. In this case, charge sheet had already been filed and this Court had only directed the respondent Police to produce the call details of Radhika. Hence, now, the call details of Radhika's mobile number 9362292099, as and when collected, the same would be produced at the appropriate time before the trial Court in PRC.No.15 of 2017 which is now committed to the III Additional Sessions Judge, Thirupattur and being tried in SC.No.39 of 2018.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
