O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Cr.No.181 of 2009 had already been concluded and a final report in PRC.No.23/2009 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirutani which was committed to the Court of Sessions in SC.No.129/2011. He would therefore contend that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
