ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner's father as Thangavel instead of Sundaramoorthy in the order

passed in Crl.OP.No.12679 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 and extend time to surrender.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order of this Court passed in Crl. O.P. No.12679 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. The father's name of the petitioner is Thangavel and it has been inadvertently mentioned as Sundaramoorthy in the said anticipatory bail petition. In support of the same, he has filed the copy of the Aadhar card of the petitioner and prays that the above said error may be corrected.

3. There is no serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and to issue a fresh order copy. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the order passed by this Court in O.P. No.12679 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 and no further extension of time will be granted. 24-06-2026 MJS
