With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to survey the property comprised in 519/1A2 No. 144, situated at Vallur B, Village, Ponneri Taluk, and fix boundary stones by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 06.08.2021 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 06.08.2021 made by the 2/4

petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the adjacent land owners, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
