CRIME NO.289 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11531 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018 the petitioners with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further order Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SHIVARAJ MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11531 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., and 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11531 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
