Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 26.04.2018 made in Crl.O.P. No. 12159 of 2018 on the file of this Honble Court directing the petitioner to staty at Trichy and report before cantonment police station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.P.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12159 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Contonment Police Station daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12159 of 2018 dated 26.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the

petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
