This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2021 and CSR No.95/2021 dated 02/08/2021 lodged with the 2nd respondent and file FIR.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 a case in Crime No.1586 of 2021 has been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Nallur Police Station, Tiruppur District, for the offences under Section 447, 294(b), 506(2) of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989 and after the completion of investigation, the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition stands closed.
