..Respondents Prayer : The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize my services of the petitioner, even since the date of his appointment on 27.07.1983 with consequential benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his appointment with consequential benefits as the respondents had not regularized the services of the petitioner and kept it in abeyance for more than 25 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was listed and called on 18.06.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner hence the matter was adjourned to 19.06.2018, under the caption "for dismissal". 3.Even today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for Non prosecution. No costs.
