ORDER
The present application has been filed seeking leave to institute the above suit against the 7th Defendant and in respect of the properties described as Item 3 in Schedule A and Item 1 in Schedule B before this Hon'ble Court.
2. Considering the fact that the suit is for partition and that the major of the suit properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted as prayed for, to sue the 7th defendant, who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court and also in respect of Item 3 in Schedule A and Item 1 in Schedule B, which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
