This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in C.M.P.No.2092 of 2013 in D.V.A.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Tirupur and to set aside the same.

2. As against the order passed by the trial Court in Domestic Violence proceedings, an appeal lies to the Sessions Court, under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court. The time spent by the petitioner from 11.06.2018 to 25.06.2018 before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court will stand excluded in computing the period of limitation. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
