This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR in the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2021 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.8 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 506(1) IPC and the same is under investigation.
