ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks police protection alleging that the second respondent is forcing her to appear before him for enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent, who is none other than the parent of the petitioner.
2.The sum and substance of the matter is that the petitioner, who is aged about 21 years has gone missing. Suspecting that she has been enticed by a married man, the parents has given a complaint to the police and the same has been under investigation.
3. For the said purpose, the petitioner is searched, to ascertain whether she is alive; whether she has left the home voluntarily; or been abducted by any person. The appearance of the petitioner is essential before the police and she cannot hide and refuse to appear. Therefore, this Court dismiss the Writ Petition as frivolous.
