ORDER
The respondents have appeared in party - in - person and have received demand draft for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- each. The balance of Rs.7,00,000/- shall be paid within a period of 2 months from today, failing which no further time will be granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner request that they may be permitted to pay the said sum in two installments. Accordingly, the first of such payment will be made by 31.07.2025. The second installment shall be made on or before 16.09.2025.
