This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8654 of in Crl.O.P.No.12460 of 2022 on 05.07.2022, that the petitioner should report before the Superintendent of Police, Town Police Station, Cuddalore, once in a week, i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
