This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to file final Report in Crime No.197 of 2016 dated 30.03.2016 on the file of the Second Respondent Police.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.197 of 2016 was completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" and RCS notice No.39 of 2016 also served on the petitioner/de facto complainant.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
