ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to measure and survey the petitioner property in Pallavaraya natham Village, S.No.7/4 measuring about to an extent of 6 cents out of 16 Ares, bounded on the K.Saraswathi land to Eastern Side, Krishna Padayatchi land to Western side, Road to Northern Side, S.No.14/6 and my land to Southern side situated at Panrutti Taluk, Cuddalore District and grant such other further relief or reliefs as deem fit and proper to this Honourable Court under the circumstances of the case.

Heard Mr.R.Anandha Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
As the request made by the petitioner to survey the property in Pallavarayanatham Village, S.No.7/4 measuring about to an extent of 6 cents out of 16 Ares, bounded on the K.Saraswathi land to Eastern Side, Krishna Padayatchi land to Western side, Road to Northern Side, S.No.14/6 and my land to Southern side situated at Panrutti Taluk, Cuddalore District, the first respondent issued summons to the petitioner and also to the adjacent land owners on 05.08.2019. The Revenue Inspector, Nellikuppam, Village Administrative officer of Pallavarayanatham Village, Firka Surveyor Nellikuppam and Taluk Head Surveyor were also jointly inspected, measured and surveyed the subject property on 19.08.2019 in the presence of the petitioner.
