This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that "he should appear before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 04.30 p.m for the period of four weeks" imposed by this Hon'ble court by an order dated 29.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17314 of 2022.

2. It is seen that this Court imposed condition to the petitioner only for four weeks.

3. Therefore, this Court finds no merits in this petition to relax the condition imposed already by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17314 of 2022 on 29.07.2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
