This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.37 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram and quash the same.

2. This petition has been filed challenging a petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the respondent before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

3. In the opinion of this Court, the petition filed for maintenance cannot be a subject matter for judicial review and cannot be challenged under Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any orders being passed thereon by the trial Court.
