ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the showcause notice dated 06.08.2024 and to conduct enquiry into the affairs of the third respondent association and pass final orders.
2. Heard Mr.K.Shahul Hameed, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen from records that the application submitted by the petitioner was already acted upon by the first respondent and show cause notice has also been given on 06.08.2024. Even thereafter, a notice for enquiry was given on 18.09.2024. Since there was no progress, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
