These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 371 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Though the present petitions are objected by Mr. AR.M. Arunachalam, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and Mr.R.V. Sivaraj, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, taking into consideration the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and in the interest of justice, these petitions are ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, print the name of the counsel for the respondents in the cause list and list the same in the ususal course.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner in both the appeals will not be entitled to any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
