This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court for permitting the petitioner to conduct the cultural festival.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the festival is going to be conducted from 02.00 p.m. to 07.00 p.m. on 03.08.2019.

3.In view of the above, the condition (a) in the order dated 18.07.2019 is modified to the effect that "(a) The cultural programme in connection with the event of Kattinamalai Melkottai Arulmigu Sree Balamurugan Temple Festival at Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District on 03.08.2019 between 02.00 pm to 07.00 pm."
