Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 5.7.2013.
3. Counter affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent stating that the petitioner's representation was considered and an order has been passed on 11.11.2013 rejecting the petitioner's request.
4. In the light of the above fact, the petitioner is to challenge the said order before the appropriate Forum. Hence this Writ Petition is disposed of , leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Mu.Mu RTR 556A/A2 dated 11.11.2013 before the appropriate forum.

petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to communicate the order to the petitioner by registered post within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order.
