This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 288 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 73 grams of Methaphetamine and 1.1655 kgs of O.G Kush, Zolbidan Tablets - 42 counts and 3 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the petitioner is having 3 NDPS cases. Hence, raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 3 NDPS cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
