This petition is filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 55 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
