2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff and the learned counsel for respondent/defendant.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment within one week from today and file the amended copy.

4. The learned counsel for the defendant has filed their draft issues. For filing the draft issues of the plaintiff, post on 03.08.2023.
