ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for shifting the low tension line situated in the property belonging to the petitioner.

Heard Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Venkata Seshaiyah, learned Standing counsel for Respondents 1 and 2.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and without

going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 after affording an opportunity to respondents 3 and 4 and a decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
