Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter issued by the 5th respondent vide Ref.No.3640/ME3/2024-4 dated 08.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2-4 to treat the petitioner's two year bond period as completed and to consequently relieve her from her bonded service in the Government Hospital, Ulundurpet, Kallakurichi District and further to direct the 5th respondent to return her original certificates and documents collected during her Post-Graduate admission along with her Post-Graduate degree certificate, Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate.

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed the 2/5
bond service period and also got back her original certificates. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition.
2. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
