PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 15.07.2009 given by the petitioner and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law.

ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner herein had sought for age relaxation for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
being considered for the post of Medical Officer (Siddha) through the representation dated 15.07.2009.
3. The upper age limit for OC candidates for the said post is 35 years. The petitioner herein is now aged about 56 years and therefore, it would not be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondents to consider his request for relaxing the age at this stage.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
