ORDER
Mr.A.Saravana Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 09.08.2021 of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
3. It is made clear that in case the second respondent comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is indeed eligible for any of the amounts, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
