The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016 in Form CCPA together with the prescribed fees for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and to consider the same.

2. Mr.A.Zakkir Hussain, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, there will be a direction to the second respondent to receive the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application dated 15.07.2016 in Form-CCPA and the prescribed fees for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
