This writ petition is filed directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024 consequently direct the respondents to stop the illegal proposal to acquire petitioners patta land bearing S.Nos.84A/4B, 84B in Sembadakurichi Village, Kallakurichi Taluk.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's land is not the subject matter of the acquisition and the petitioner's land will also not be disturbed.
