ORDER

Mr.A.Saravana Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent on the representation dated 22.09.2021 of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. While passing such order, the second respondent may also take into consideration of the reply received by the petitioner on 04.05.2021 under the Right to Information Act (RTI Act), 2005.

3. It is made clear that in case the second respondent comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is indeed eligible for any of the amounts based on the RTI reply, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
