This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in PRC No.3 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case has been taken on file in SC No.120 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the same, the PRC Number is no more in existence and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet which forms part of S.C No.120 of 2020.
