ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P.No.15737 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.15737 of 2025 with one of the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpet, daily from Monday to Friday at 10:30 A.M., and shall appear before the Chengelpet Town Police Station at 5:30 P.M., on every Saturday and Sunday, until further orders.

3. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was in custody in connection with the Crime No.242 of 2025 at Srivaikundam Police Station, he moved a bail application in Crl.M.P.No.727 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam. By order dated 14.05.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to appear before the Srivaikundam Police Station daily at 10:00 A.M., for a period of 30 days. Hence, the petitioner was unable to appear in both cases. Therefore, he sought modification.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Srivaikunadam for a period of 30 days in compliance with the order passed in Crime No.242 of 2025 and in compliance with the order passed in connection with the Crime No.60 of 2025.

6. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
