This application has been filed seeking permission to take steps by substituted service for issuance of summons to the defendants 137,138, 139, 140 and 141 by publication in any one issue of "Malai Malar".

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been contended that service on all other defendants had been completed and then, it was reported that service to the above said defendants has been returned as unserved as door locked. It was contended that they were residing in the same place and wantonly avoided service.

3. Taking all these factors into consideration, this application is allowed. The plaintiffs to take up necessary publication in any one issue of Tamil Daily "Malai Malar" on 15.07.2025 for the hearing date 18.08.2025. 08.07.2025 gsk https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
