Sni Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for their act of committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 17.11.2021 made in WP.No.24414 of 2021.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.24414 of 2021, dated 17.11.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsels appearing for both sides submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 09.11.2022.
