This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for to issue Writ of Mandamus directing respondents herein to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2021 within a stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders accordingly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that since the revenue Patta No.686 for Survey No.18/2 was issued only to the extent of 16.25 cents in the petitioner's favour instead of 20 cents as per Sale Deed dated 30.06.1977 in Document No.1048/1977. For the rectification of the same, despite the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.08.2021 to the respondents herein to correct the mistakes crept in Patta No.686, the respondents have neither sent any reply nor passed any order on his representation so far. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.08.2021 of the petitioner herein in order to rectification of extent in Patta and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after perusing the revenue records.
