ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 379 of IPC, in Crime No.720 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 1 unit of river sand in a tractor bearing Regn. No.TN 51 L 5662. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that earlier this Court dismissed in Crl.OP.No.18618 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the the petitioners with other accused were involved in illegal transportation of 1 units of river sand in a tractor. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of Anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners has involved in illegal mining of river sand by using lorry thus deteriorating ecology, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
