..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to submit the information under Right to Information Act, 2005 to the petitioner and further impose the fine to the respondents No.1 to 3 according to law.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to furnish information under Right to Information Act, 2005 to him and further impose a fine on the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away one year back and when he was alive, he sent a letter to the fourth respondent dated 06.03.2013, requesting him to reject his application dated 15.02.2013.

4. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
