(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police every day at 10.30A.M., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13749 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 26.09.2020 and thereafter the petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13749 of 2020.

3. In view of the same, the Miscellaneous petition seeking for modification stands dismissed for the present. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly as directed in Crl.O.P.No.13749 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020.
