This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections Girl Missing 5(1) read with 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 366 & 343 of IPC in Crime No.115 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the victim girl and the petitioner's daughter are friends and when the victim girl went the petitioner's house for attending on-line classes, the petitioner had sexually assaulted the victim girl, aged about 17 years, under the guise of marriage. It is further alleged that the petitioner had kidnapped the victim girl and committed penetrative sexual assault on various occasion. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.14040 & 17720 of 2022, on 17.06.2022 and 28.07.2022 respectively, considering the fact that the petitioner has committed very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl. 4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
