Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner should report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30. a.m in the morning and 5.30 P.M until further orders by order dated 24.04.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11923 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.JAGADEESAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11923 of 2018 on 24.04.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11923 of 2018 on 24.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.11923 of 2018 on 24.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will herself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
