This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9794/2025 in Crime No. 40/2025 against the petitioner to report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner to report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
