It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 15.12.2022 in C.M.P.No.13670 of 2022, instead of typing"The petitioner herein had filed a suit for an injunction in O.S.No.14771 of 1996 on the file of the VIII Assistant, City Civil Judge, Chennai", it has been typed as "The petitioner herein had filed the suit for a declaration that they are the owners of the rear part of the suit property and for a recovery of possession".

3. The said error is corrected and the paragraph no.2 of the said order would read as follows:

"2. The petitioner herein had filed a suit for an 1/3

injunction in O.S.No.14771 of 1996 on the file of the VIII Assistant, City Civil Judge, Chennai. The suit was decreed on 06.10.2004 and against which the Ist respondent herein had filed an appeal in A.S.No.568 of 2004 on the file of the VII Additional Judge City Civil Court, Chennai. The learned Judge had dismissed the appeal which was challenged by the 1st respondent herein before this Court in the above Second Appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties.
