This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to alter the offence from 174 Cr.P.C, conduct and complete impartial investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.155 of 2018 pending on the file of the 4th respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the police have not even received Viscera Report from the Forensic Department.

4.
